The postage charges will be automatically displayed when you are making your order. The charges are based on the quantity of books ordered, the weight and the delivery method. You have 3 delivery choices: PosLaju (the fastest delivery method), registered post and DHL or FedEx courier service (for oversea orders only). This is all done automatically so you just need to click on your choice of delivery.

We will send a confirmation e-mail together with the tracking number once we have mailed out your order (done within 24 hours of your payment being cleared). The tracking number can be used to check the status of your order via online. |

Please allow 1-3 working days for PosLaju delivery. The difference in delivery time is due to the different times for the mail to arrive in different parts of Malaysia. |

Please allow up to 10 working days for Registered Post deliveries. |

The postman will send all PosLaju and Registered Post orders direct to your address. However, if there is no one to accept the order, the Postman will leave a card informing you to collect the order at the relevant/nearest Post Office. |

We use DHL or FedEx courier service to mail out orders from outside Malaysia. The charges will be automatically displayed when you are making your order. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will inform you of the charges. |

We will include the receipt together with your order so you can claim the Income Tax relief for the purchase of books. (Each resident taxpayer is allowed a deduction of up to RM1,000 per year for the purchase of books.) |

We provide a 14 days Money Back Guarantee for book purchases made directly from us from this website (not applicable for purchases made elsewhere including those from bookstores). If you are dissatisfied with the contents or the book itself, return the book back to us for a full refund. You must attach the original receipt together with the book and also bear the postage cost of returning the book to us. |
