HOW TO BUY (FOR FIRST TIME PURCHASERS)

Move your mouse over "CATEGORIES", and all the different categories of books and events will be displayed. Click on the relevant category.

All the relevant books in that category will be displayed. Scroll down the page for more books. There may be more than one page for that particular category.

Click on the individual title or book cover to find out more details about the book.
|

| 4. |
Click on the "ADD TO CART" box once you have chosen a particular title. A notice stating that 'the products have been added to the cart" will be displayed after a few seconds.

If you want to continue shopping, repeat step 1 to 4.

Click on "View cart" [top right] at any time to view the products you have chosen.

Once you are ready to make your payment, click on "Checkout" [top right].

There are 4 steps involved. Step 1 is to enter your Contact Information (if it is your first time using this new shopping cart). A notice stating that "your details have been successfully added" will be displayed after a few seconds. If you have previously registered, just enter your e-mail and password here.

| 9. | Step 2 is to enter your billing address which will then become your shipping address in Step 3 | |
| 10. | Step 4 is to choose your method of payment. There are a total of 10 different methods. The first 8 is via the secure online facility while the last 2 is via cheque and money order/postal order. You must tick the box agreeing with our terms and conditions before the order can be completed. | |
| 11. | If you have any notes regarding the order, please write them in the box provided at the bottom of the form. | |
| 12. | Click on the "PLACE ORDER" box. A secure online page will display the details of your purchase. Tick the radio button that you agree with our terms and conditions and then click on "SUBMIT". | |
| 13. | A new page will open displaying the payment method that you chose earlier. For example, if you are paying using M2U, the link to the M2U page will open. Just continue as you usually do. | |

HOW TO BUY (IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED AND BOUGHT FROM US BEFORE)
| 1. | Click on "My Account" (3rd tab at the top right). |

The Authentication pages opens; enter your email, Password and AKSARA data and then click on the log-in box.

| 3. | Your Personalized HomePage opens; you are now ready to make your order. |
| 4. |
Choose the book that you want, and then click on the ADD TO CART box. Repeat this step for each additional book.

| 5. | Click on "View cart" [top right] at any time to view the products you have chosen. |
| 6. | Once you have completed your purchases, click on "Checkout" [top right]. |
| 7. |
The Check out page opens. Confirm the items, Contact Information, Billing address and Shipping Method are correct. (The price of the books plus postage and handling cost will be shown in the Cart Content window. If you have any notes regarding the order, enter them in the bottom window.) Choose the Payment Method by ticking the relevant radio button. Once you are ready to order, tick the checkbox and click on "Place Order" box [bottom right].

The Secure Online Payment page opens. Confirm the data is correct, and then tick on "I hereby agree with the Terms of Services" and then click on the PAY ONLINE box.

That's it. You are done. Wait for the order to arrive in a couple of days and benefit!
