Irfan Khairi graduated with a B.A. Hons in Multimedia Design from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom.

Soon after, Irfan joined Netmedia (UK) Ltd, one of the largest IT companies in Birmingham, as a multimedia system developer and a multimedia consultant. While there, Irfan created an Internet learning system for schools in the United Kingdom called the Learning Grid. Currently there are more than 5,000 schools across the United Kingdom using the Learning Grid system.

Armed with this background and knowledge as well as his passion in the Internet and business, he decided to start a part-time Internet business in 1999. After one year of operation, he decided to go full-time in the Internet business as he was getting more income from the Internet than his 9 to 5 job.

Since then, Irfan has been working full-time on his Internet businesses from home using his laptop. Within three years of operation, one of them generated a net profit of RM1,000,000 – with no workers or state-of-the-art computers! Actually, his start up cost was only RM500. He was 25 years old then!

Irfan's Internet business under the name of Idea Bubble has served more than 3,000 customers around the globe. They range from the USA, UK, European countries to the Middle East, Japan and Australia. Amongst his successful businesses are creating E-books, developing graphics and websites, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) service, selling maps, booking hotels, Multimedia, E-commerce and Learning Consultant. Until today, Irfan Khairi still works full-time from the comfort of his home with his wife and two children.
